Bohemialab is a Cognitive-Architecture Studio, that develops and operationalizes Cognitive Operations Architecture (COA), a discipline for designing how AI and humans reason together.

We work at the level of cognition itself: the structures through which organizations interpret information, make decisions, and act.

This architecture is what governs implementation, whether expressed in policy, product, or code.

George Williams is the founder and strategic architect of Bohemialab.

His work draws from two decades in UX, service design, and large‑scale product ecosystems. From this, he has developed and published concepts that reframe AI cognition design and operational governance.

These ideas are gaining traction across Data Science, Systems Architecture, Product Management, and adjacent fields in industries from Insurance and IT to Education and Consulting.
